Better documents for detailed, real-world specifications

Part 5

As Requirements have become more central to delivery, we have also improved the everyday document experience.

The rich-text editing foundation now supports more polished content across Requirements and other areas of Divblox. Within Requirements, teams can use checkboxes, resize images and work with a more capable, hierarchical table of contents that supports subheadings and collapsible sections.

Document view preferences can be saved across sessions, and the document options menu has been reorganised into a clearer, mobile-friendly interface. Search has also been improved, making it easier to find the right Requirement as the document library grows.

Behind these visible improvements, we increased payload support for larger documents, preserved transparency in uploaded images and refined the AI output process to produce cleaner HTML.

These details matter because real specifications are rarely a few paragraphs of text. They contain structure, imagery, decisions, acceptance criteria and supporting context. Divblox is being shaped to handle that reality.
