Part 4
Not every piece of work arising from a Requirement needs to become a full delivery ticket. Sometimes a document needs review, clarification, approval or a follow-up conversation before development can continue.
Document-level Action Items provide a lighter way to manage this work. An Action Item can be created directly against a document, described and assigned to the relevant person while remaining connected to its source context.

Notifications keep assignees informed, while a central, filterable Action Items dashboard, including a focused My Action Items view, brings work from across documents into one place.
This makes Requirements more collaborative without forcing every small responsibility into the Delivery board. The document remains the source of context, and the Action Item makes the next responsibility visible.
